Your account

JobBeacon uses Clerk for accounts. From your profile (avatar → Manage account) you can:
  • Change your email address
  • Change your password
  • Add or remove sign-in methods (email, Google)
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Delete your account
Notification emails always go to the primary email on your account. If you change it, the next alert lands in the new inbox.

Theme

JobBeacon has light and dark modes. Toggle from the avatar menu — your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you across devices.

Free

Watch a small handful of companies, set filters, and receive timely notifications.

Pro

Watch many more companies. Same checks, same filters, same emails.
Up-to-date limits and pricing live on the pricing page.

Upgrading

Open Settings

Click your avatar → SettingsBilling.

Pick a plan

Click Upgrade next to the plan you want. JobBeacon redirects you to Stripe Checkout.

Enter payment

Stripe handles payment. You’re redirected back to JobBeacon when done.

Done

Your new limits apply immediately.

Managing your subscription

From Settings → Billing, click Manage subscription. This opens Stripe’s customer portal where you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • Download invoices
  • Switch plans
  • Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro features until then.

Deleting your account

From your profile (avatar → Manage account), scroll to the bottom and click Delete account. This removes:
  • Your watched companies
  • Your filters and notification preferences
  • Your job history
  • Your share links
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first from Settings → Billing.
