JobBeacon checks every company on a regular schedule throughout the day. You’ll typically hear about a new role shortly after it’s posted.
Three usual suspects:
  1. Filters didn’t match. Open the company in JobBeacon and check the matched count. Try loosening keywords or locations.
  2. The job was already there when you added the company. First-scan jobs are marked as seed and don’t trigger emails — only roles posted after you started watching.
  3. Notifications are muted (globally or for that company). Check Settings.
Workday’s job listing API doesn’t return per-location strings for multi-location postings. JobBeacon shows “N Locations” in the table and lazy-loads the real list when you hover the cell. For filter matching, turn on Include unspecified locations.
Email only, today. Slack and webhook delivery are on the roadmap — let us know if you’d find them useful.
